Friday 17th was my first and last exam. I should be overjoyed n jumping up and down straight after it but i was sufferring from post exam trauma. haha, that is not to say I enjoyed sitting for exams so much that i yearn for the 'thrill' of cramming and stressing. But I feel I am dumbfounded, unaccepting of the reality of the holidays and also not comprehending that another 1/2 year of my life has just wooshed by.
Today is good, it is good to be back in NZ :) Everytime I come back I feel that ive grown taller, and that everything is quite short as I walked into my house. It is funny to pick out everything that has changed or not changed, for example part of the airport terminal is STILL in construction, the harry potter lego statute is still erected at the toy store (cept someone stole his broomstick), I can judge how much the bush infront of my house has grown since last year, and all these little funny things that we usually take for granted.
In the morning, it was quite hard to get up but the weather was surprisingly not as cold as i expected. Waiting for my brother to get up was very tedious. My parents didn't hesitate and wacked out their instruments and started orchestring classical chinese songs. As for me, even though I took extra long in the bathroom, bro wasnt up so I cleaned the dust on the piano and started playing all the songs I know. It was good to play the piano again :)
Lunch was at 3pm NZ time :) We went to a Korean resturant and the food waz GREAT! Korean foods here are So cheap compared to NZ ^^ It was realli yummy too, altho its abit spicy... but my mouth got used to the spiciness (more like numbed by the spiciness) and I tried all the spicy side dishes... CRAZY.. my first time doing that.
Then with a full tummy, we went the shopping centre Westfield ex the Plaza for a walk around. But yea I agree~ shopping in Melbourne is SO much better :)
Ohh... hang on.. I can hear my brother's motorcycle roaring up the driveway...
I guess its time for dinner :D
